How To Integrate Myuser Into Cal.com
Connect Cal.com to Myuser in 2 minutes with an API key - every booked meeting lands in Myuser and matches your campaign leads automatically.
In this guide, we'll connect your Cal.com to Myuser with an API key. Once connected, every meeting booked through your Cal.com links shows up in Myuser automatically: bookings from people in your campaigns get matched and marked as Meeting booked on the right lead, and every other booking is still recorded so you always have the full list of people who booked with you.
The setup takes about 2 minutes. The key is created inside your own Cal.com account, you can revoke it at any time, and Myuser only READS bookings - it never changes anything in your Cal.com.
Step 1: Open the developer settings
Log in to Cal.com, click your avatar, then Settings. In the left menu scroll to the Developer section and click API keys, then click New.
Step 2: Create the API key
- Name it Myuser so you recognize it later.
- Turn Never expires on (or pick a date - just remember to renew it).
- Click Create.
Step 3: Copy the key
Cal.com shows the key once - it starts with cal_. Click the copy icon and save it.
Step 4: Paste the key in the Myuser dashboard
In the Myuser dashboard, open the product you want to connect, go to Integrations, open the Cal.com card, paste the key and click Save Cal.com.
Congratulations - you're all set! From now on Myuser checks your Cal.com a few times a day and records every booked meeting.
What Myuser does with this access
- Reads your bookings and who booked them (name + email).
- Matches attendees against your campaign leads - by email first; if the email doesn't match, optionally by company domain and an enrichment lookup (the checkbox on the card controls this).
- Marks matched leads as Meeting booked - via Cal.com and stores every booking (matched or not) so "who booked meetings with us" is always answerable.
